These Terms define the rules of using the Aura platform, available at aura.audio.

Aura is an open catalog of public-domain and open-source content. Using the platform is free and requires no registration.

Aura provides a catalog of audiobooks (LibriVox), ebooks (Project Gutenberg) and podcasts from public RSS feeds.

Aura does not host audio or ebook files — content is streamed or downloaded directly from the sources (e.g. archive.org, gutenberg.org).

Content presented in the catalog is in the public domain or distributed under open licenses by its authors and publishers.

Aura claims no rights to the presented content. Rights belong to the respective sources (LibriVox, Project Gutenberg, podcast creators).

Aura makes reasonable efforts to present legal, restriction-free content but is not liable for content originating from external sources.
